  Reservations:
For a confirmed reservation we require a deposit in the amount of EUR 400,- per room.

  Check-in and Check-out Times:
Your room will be available for you on arrival from 2 p.m. and on departure until 10 a.m.
For arrivals after 7 p.m. please let us know.
  Cancellation policy
It sounds unpleasant, it is also for you and for us. Too bad, when rooms are free, although others would like to come ...
The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Cancellations up to one month prior to arrival are free. Cancellations within a month by late or early departures will be charged the full price, unless the rooms can be rented. To save you trouble, we close you up for a trip cancellation insurance.
